Domestic Violence Shelter
Victim Response Inc. The Lodge is a non-profit domestic violence center that offers refuge to survivors of domestic violence, rape, sexual assault, and their dependents. Here, they are provided with safety, care, and resources that will aid them in regaining a sense of strength and freedom over their lives. Provided with a sanctuary they may call “home,” residents of The Lodge are able to obtain a level of trust in their surroundings, and peace-of-mind that the abuse, that had once been their reality, no longer exists or defines them. Our purpose is to serve through advocacy, safety planning, crisis intervention and overall support so as to empower them and enlighten a sense of hope for the future.
